Meet Andrés
Founder, Creative Technologist
Innovation requires balance. We only get there through consistent effort, meaningful relationships, and starting with the problem rather than the solution.
After being laid off 3 times in 2 years (yes, really!), I finally got the message the universe was sending: it was time to build something like that myself.
I'm a recovering corporate software engineer with 8+ years of experience who is dedicated to the community through technology. Recognized twice in 2025 as one of Contra’s Best Software Consultants to Hire, as well as through several expert programs, mentorship opportunities, and partnerships with cutting-edge platforms and tools.
Always open to hearing about opportunities to collaborate with value-aligned individuals who want to make a difference with what they do. If that's you? A cafecito is in order.

In the context of Andres' work: a Red Mage is very similar to a jack of all trades, a renaissance person, a multidisciplinarian, or an all-rounder. Red Mages tend to be lifelong learners that endeavor to find the 'through line' between many different concepts.
